Luxembourg, 11 January 2023 — Fleetback today announced the launch of Fleetback Self-Service, the final step needed by car dealerships to complete their digitalization. Fully integrated into the Fleetback ecosystem, Fleetback Self-Service enables dealerships to create a fully digital customer journey along the service core process, from appointment reminder to vehicle pick-up.
Fleetback’s essential After-Sales module, which focused on acceptance of extra works through smart video communication, is now completed with Fleetback Self-Service, where the journey starts with an appointment reminder containing a check-in link, which will also be the privileged communication channel during the appointment.
Customers can use this link to confirm their appointment, accept additional services and comment on their vehicle status. They can also choose whether to drop off their keys at the counter or at a dedicated terminal, inside or outside the dealership. With Fleetback Self-Service, every customer can choose their individual journey, an unseen service in the automotive world.
The Service Advisor might use the same channel to communicate with their customer on extra works or to indicate that the vehicle is ready. Once the vehicle is finalized, a check-out link will be sent to the customer with final invoice, online payment possibility and a key pick-up option if requested.
Fleetback Self-Service can be subscribed to in combination with Fleetback After-Sales, as a software only solution, or ideally with its one-of-a-kind terminal. With this launch, Fleetback reinforces their position as one of the major players, being the only supplier of digital dealership solutions covering all needs in the after-sales market in one integrated system.
