Fleetback is developing SaaS products for the automotive industry for car dealerships sales and after sales services. Our objective: help car dealerships in their digital transformation journey by developing high business value products with a strong focus on quality and user experience.
It comprises both mobile & web applications and it is cloud-based.

Your responsibilities

• Gather requirements of business users, analyse and model business processes;
• Develop functional specifications;
• Review and validate specifications and processes with Business users;
• Communicate results of analysis to development team;
• Act as a single point of contact for functional issues;
• Resolve functional issues raised by users, development and testing team;
• Support the development team in their understanding of the business;
• Provide support to testing and development teams.

Your Profile

• A university degree or equivalent experience in I.T.;
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience;
• Experience in functional analysis and business process modelling;
• Experience in BPMN, ARIS is an asset;
• Experience in Product Management is an asset;
• Analytical mindset;
• Collaborative attitude, as well as being a good team player;
• Good abilities for reporting on your own progress;
• Good communication skills;
• Fluent in English;
• Fluent in German is a plus;
• Knowledge of the automotive sector is considered as a real asset.
